In November, Unipol’s commitment to innovation and improvement of its performance, together with the opportunities offered by the technological evolution, allows the Company to create the service Unipol Sertel, which radically redesigns the traditional claims settlement procedures and creates a modern and effective interactive system between Company and user. Thanks to Unipol Sertel, policyholders no longer have to travel to the Agency to report an accident, but they can do it directly by calling the toll-free number of the operations center set up at the Unipol headquarters, including from the same accident site.
