Unipol Assicurazioni acquires the 'E Tower Building' in San Donato Milanese

On 6 February 2004 Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. entered into an agreement with the Whitehall property fund, managed by Goldman Sachs, to acquire the complex located in San Donato Milanese (MI) known as the ‘E Tower’. Under this agreement Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. will also sell a property in Milan. The operation will involve a total investment of €129.1m, financed from available funds.
