SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURE



 

The major shareholder of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario is Finsoe S.p.A., which currently holds a 50.2% stake of its ordinary capital. The majority of Finsoe's share capital is held by Holmo S.p.A., a company controlled by co-operatives (including the leading consumer, production and employment co-operatives). 


49.25% of Unipol ordinary capital and 100% of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario preference shares are floating capital and available for trading on the Italian Stock Exchange.
